I am new to online shopping, how can I make a purchase?

Shopping on our site is easy! Here’s an ABC to how it is done;

  1. Shop by category and search for your favorite jewels
  2. When you come across an item you like, just click on it to get more details
  3. Add your favorite items to your cart by simply clicking on “Add to Cart” found next to each item
  4. If you want to continue shopping, simply click on the “Continue Shopping” tab found under your Shopping Cart summary
  5. Once you are done shopping, click on “Proceed to Checkout” and enter your billing information
  6. If you want your order to be shipping to a different address, for example if it is a gift, then check the box on the bottom and fill in the desired shipping information
  7. Pick your shipping method
  8. Pick your payment method
  9. Click on place order
  10. Countdown the minutes until you receive your Eljewan Jewel!

How much do I pay for shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated based on a number of factors including

  • desired service level (standard/express)
  • number of items you are purchasing
  • the weight of the item (s)
  • the destination country/region

All shipping destinations within Bahrain will be at a flat rate of 5.5 USD / 2 BD per order.

Rates for all other destinations will be calculated during the checkout process by our relied courier, Aramex.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery service?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders with shipping addresses within Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, KSA, and Oman.


How long do I have to wait until I receive my order?

All Shipping destinations within Bahrain will be delivered within 1-2 business days. (“Business days” means between Sunday and Thursday and do not include public holidays).
All international shipping destinations will be delivered within 3-10 business days. (“Business days” means between Sunday and Thursday and do not include public holidays).
Since delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided during your checkout.
Orders with international shipping destinations may incur delays that are out of our control such as local clearance procedures.

Do I have to pay duties/ taxes?

No taxes or duties are levied on orders within Bahrain.

All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

This means that as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, and the payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

To avoid any delays in receiving your order, kindly provide accurate local contact information so that the clearance agent may contact you.

Shall you have any further inquiries on this, have not heard from any clearance agent, or feel the dispatch of your order is taking an unnaturally long time, please email us at SUPPORT@eljewan.com and our support team will be glad to assist you.

Can I send to a shipping address that is different from my billing address?

Yes you can, simply check the “Ship to different address” box during your checkout and enter the desired address.

However, if you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Eljewan Jewellery and transfer of responsibility in the same way.


Can I change my order after it has been shipped out?

Your order can be changed as many times as you like via your Cart.

However, your order cannot be modified after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

This is usually within 24 hours after the order has been placed.

Order dispatch notice is upon receipt of the Shipping Confirmation email from eljewan.


Can I exchange or return the order after I have received it?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an exchange or return policy.

Please refer back to our Return & Exchange Policy at a later date for updates.

If the item you have received is faulty, please email SUPPORT@eljewan.com for further assistance.


How can I send a gift to someone?

Simply check the “Ship to different address” box during your checkout and enter the desired address.

You can even type in a special note for your loved one to make it extra special.

Your order will be placed in our signature gift packaging box alongside your specially typed message.


How can I take care of my Eljewan jewel and prolong its shine?

Eljewan Jewels are delicate and should be treated that way. You can prolong your Eljewan Jewels by:

  • Not spraying perfume directly on the designs as it may harm the gold color.
  • Avoiding direct contact with water.

How can I be sure of the size of the jewel I am ordering?

We provide detailed item dimensions in the Item Detail section of each of our designs. Please read them carefully. Some of our designs are adjustable.
